09/17/09 - MCA honored by BBB
MCA was honored at the 2009 Better Business Bureau Integrity Awards. These awards are based on a significant commitment to ethical business practices, and having reached important milestones in fostering and implementing ethics into all aspects of our corporate culture. In front of an estimated 1,700 business and civic leaders MCA was the only collection agency so honored. It’s a nice compliment to our Excellence in Business award received earlier in the year.

07/01/08 - New Service: Presumptive Charity Scoring
In July of 2008 MCA began offering a presumptive charity scoring program to our not for profit clientele. This program was not only designed to determine where the patient fell within the Federal Poverty Guidelines, but also used a proprietary scoring module to determine the patient’s propensity to pay as well. Our presumptive charity scoring model is objective vs. subjective, completely customizable, and is a key component in allowing your staff to focus on accounts with a higher propensity to pay.
